http://sleepresearch.org | | Sleep Research. org is an informational website sponsored by Pacific Sleep Medicine Services to help educate patients and advance clinical trials or medical research in the field of sleep medicine. Our overall goal is to find ways to improve the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, and the clinical studies include testing volunteer patients in insomnia, apnea or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), narcolepsy, shiftwork fatigue, and excessive daytime sleepiness or EDS. Patients who participate in these clinical studies are compensated for their time and travel, and all study-related physicals, sleep studies, laboratory work and study medications are provided at no cost to the patient. All of our physicians are board-certified sleep specialists and personally involved in each of the research studies. All research sites are located in Southern California and patients must reside in Southern California to participate in these studies. |
