McNeill Street had the distinction of being both one of the first and one of the last municipal water treatment plants of it`s kind. The McNeill Street Pumping Station Preservation Society is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the plant through conversion of appropriate portions of the plant into a technological and cultural museum. |
